I've done the hard reset again on my Xbox I've thinking maybe something was updated.... Hard resetting didn't fix the problem which I knew it would.. If this problem is still going on by Saturday, who do I need to speak to about a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous

i agree , im about to ask for a full refund, i was able to play for a great amount of time and then all of the sudden the game stops letting me play online. ive had this problem for 3 days now. i purchased my game digitally which xbox says is non refundable. i bought a game that is broken? that is non refundable wtf? i will be contacting somone.

i just called ea for some support, they transferred me and then hung up on me.

I fully believe they have no idea what is going on. IMO, they underfunded the game, had to cut features and testing, and now they have this problem. Because it is not affecting a majority, it is not the top priority to get fixed. There is a reason EA was rated the worst company multiple years. I don't want excuses, I want someone to admit they know there is a problem, a time frame on a fix, or I want my money back. Its real simple, you tell me what your product can do, I pay for that product, you fulfill what you said it could do. You are not fulfilling your end of the agreement.
