http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-uo-trace/ download this tool and take the steps that the website tells you and see if your getting packet loss and missing some hops to the ea servers. maybe we all have this problem? idk i have noticed a few of us are using fios and maybe it has something to do with this. isp blocking
They asked me to do the same, and then put the responsibility on my ISP. I'm with Time Warner.
