Hi everyone,
I just wanted to acknowledge that we are indeed looking into this issue and have seen that a few of you have already been able to resolve it either by following a long list of port forwarding troubleshooting steps specific to your router or by bypassing the router entirely. In order to ensure we are not missing any angle, I would greatly appreciate if you could provide the below to us so we can pass it on to the investigating team.
- Which platform are you on?
- Which ISP are you using?
- Which region are you in?
- Which router are you using?
- Which modem are you using and have you tried connecting directly?
- When did you first experience this issue?
- Has it been intermittent or constant?
- Did you notice anything odd or have anything else to add? (e.g. Xbox update)

- Which platform are you on? - Xbox One
- Which ISP are you using? - ATT/Uverse
- Which region are you in? - South Florida, USA
- Which router are you using? - Motorola NVG589
- Which modem are you using and have you tried connecting directly? - Motorola NVG589, Yes both wireless and wired. Issue is the same either way.
- When did you first experience this issue? - Approx 1 week ago.
- Has it been intermittent or constant? - Constant, 100% of the time I recieve a session failed to load for any/all multiplayer games.
- Did you notice anything odd or have anything else to add? (e.g. Xbox update) - NOTHING. I've contacted ATT and Microsoft. Confirmed no changes to the modem/router as the last firmware update pushed by ATT was December, 2013. I've created a Static IP for the Xbox one, opened all ports for xbox live AND EA UFC/EA servers. Hard reset my xbox, uninstalled the game, removed local cache, cleared mac address, completely disabled all firewall functions on modem/router, contacted my ISP and ran through all troubleshooting tips/suggestions, and confirmed the ONLY issue i'm having is playing EA UFC on multiplayer (I do not own any other EA Sports titles but all other games that I do own work 100% of the time)
PLEASE provide updates, NEW troubleshooting tips, or the ability to compensate your customers for this mess.
