UFC 1 & 2 Not Installing Despite Owning the Disc

Hello,

I uninstalled UFC 2 on my Xbox One a while ago in freeing up some space for UFC 4, but when I went to reinstall it from the disc, it wouldn't work. Then I went to the Microsoft Store to try that way, but it's "unavailable" there. I've been a fan since EA MMA, and I get licensing and all that, but this is my favourite in the series. Why can't install a game I have physically owned for years? I would love some help.

Same problem for me. I have a owned ufc 2 disc copy from when the game first came out hands down the best in the series especially when it comes to controls and moves. I have tried on my xbox and many of my cousins to run the game. The xbox process the disc but the game itself does not run? I find this really stupid on how you guys can just remove a game from a console entirely. I understand digital copy but mine and others peoples disc copies too? Please fix asap as ufc2 was the best in series
