Ufc 4 stuck Loading

Sorry to hear about the technical issue you're having at launch. Let's knock this out. Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive or have anything else plugged into your USB slot? Some patches went out and I've seen cases where someone will install the game on the external, but the setting on the console has updates designated to the internal drive (or vise-versa) which will cause loading issues because the console is trying to pull data from two different sources.

I do have it downloaded to an external hardrive. But i think my problem is email related. When i log out of my ps4 acct it will boot up right from the stuck loading screen and let me play off line. I think i made this ea account using one email, but my ps4 is another. Not sure why that would keep me from playing a game like this tho. Any ideas. and thanks for the help.

It's fine to have different emails for both your PlayStation and EA account. It sounds like there might be something going on with your EA account. Can you try logging into Help.EA.com using the PlayStation login option so when you login, it re-syncs your PlayStation credentials to the EA account to see if this clears it up? Once you sign in, try power cycling the console and restart the game.

If it fails again, I recommend reinstalling the game to the internal drive and ensure all updates are designated to the internal drive. I've seen performance issues where data is being pulled from both the internal and external drive because files are on both, or an external hard drive is causing compatibility issues with the game. It's possible that specific profile data was corrupted during installation or a patch.

when I try to login to help.ea.com using my ps login it says either my ea account or my account for psn is not eligible. With a purple button to logout account for PSN. Gonna try to download it to the internal hard drive now.

Edit-Downloading to internal hard drive didnt help. same issue.

I’ve reinstalled the game 3 times, even ea access hub, every time I try to load up the trial I get an error say I don’t own this game

A friend not mine pre ordered ufc 4 bit it won't launch for him. He does not have ea access. He's playing on Xbox and the store is telling him he doesn't own it but he has the receipt in his email from the order. Is there a way to figure out why it won't let him launch the game
