UFC 4 Trial wont load

Do you have the Closed Beta installed on your system? If so, can you delete that and try re-downloading the UFC 4 Play First Trial from the EA Access Play First Trial hub?

I dont even have the 3 dots as an option to the right of my game.

at this point might as well just wait for the actual game because EA doesn’t have an answer or cares to help with this issue. I’m over it.

Some questions for you, sorry to hear about the experience you're going through.

• What region are you located in?
• Is your Xbox's timezone on the console match up where you live? 
• Has someone in your household played the Play First Trial on the same console from a different Gamertag already?
• Do you have anything plugged into your console's USB slot?

To the first question, I live in Los Angeles, CA. The time zones are matched up correctly. Nobody but myself plays on my Xbox, so there isn’t anyone else to do that. I do have a controller charger station plugged into my USB port. 

Is it fixed already? Can’t figure it out. Did anyone figure it out?

I played the trail perfectly on Friday when it came out used all my ten hours without a single problem but .......

I have 2 Xbox’s so I’ve become greedy Iv gone onto my mrs account on my second Xbox and downloaded ea access and paid for it and have tried to download ufc well at first it took me to the store let me download it but the game had the problems a few people said, then it wouldn’t download, now the store won’t work ?? 

I know Iv played 10 hours and this is greedy but it’s a new console a new account and I’ve paid so why won’t it work ???? 

that is  the help your going to give me? of course i don't have the beta installed I've been through all this with EA help on twitter and they said it is a bug within ea access so the other team has to fix it and its now Wednesday and still no fix.... the game comes out in 2 days, how can it take this long.
