UFC freezes on load
UFC 3 won’t load, just keeps freezing and bringing me back to Xbox dashboard. Worked fine yesterday, only a few people are being effected by this. I love this game what do I do?

Can you get back in if you power cycle your consoles and network?
Reboot the power to the modem/router
- Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.
How to power cycle your Xbox console:
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
How to power cycle your PS4 console
- Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
- Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
I’m on Xbox one. I had a previous post just down below this one that specifies. I haven’t tried my router but I don’t know why that’d affect that though but I’ll try it and see how it goes
I just bought this game for 10 bucks from the Microsoft store on the Xbox one homepage. I played it for 2 days and it worked fine, now it crashes right when it loads after making a loud buzzing sound. I’ve tried deleting all my data, I tried reinstalling, I tried deleting my Xbox profile then re downloading it, I cleared every cache possible, I unlinked my EA account then re linked. I also did all the normal booting methods. What is going on over there at EA, I sure hope they fix this soon or give me my 10 bucks back...
Ya it’s been happening the past couple days
I'm very sorry to hear what you're going through I know how bad it sucks I play this game all the time it happened to me 4 weeks ago and it's currently happen to me now and EA does nothing about it and my came is digital so it's totally Xbox's and EA's fault and they don't have an answer last time it worked after like 5 days of freezing this time I'm at like 4 days so I'm hoping tomorrow which is Monday 18 PSI place of 2020 it works I hope yours works to please let me know if it does
Yes I’ve done all that, I’m currently waiting to hear back from Microsoft, I have a 24 hour support ticket where they are supposed to have an answer for me by tomorrow. I am able to play the game on the same Xbox using a new Xbox gamertag I created. But it still freezes when I try and load it up on my original Xbox gamertag
Actually I do have to turn off my online connection again to get in. It wasn’t a permanent fix unfortunately.
Can we apply for a refund since the game doesn't work?

Good news! The team feels they have an idea what's causing this and it's still tasked as a high priority for them. We know it's been tough hanging in there for this long and hopefully if all goes well it shouldn't be much longer. This is still being looked at by the team. A player posted in another thread that changing the Xbox to the Home Console fixed it for them. If you're on Xbox One, can you try that to see if it at least helps get you in the game on your main account while this is still under investigation?
I tried that a couple days ago it worked but its back to freezing again.
I followed the recommendation to no avail. I have a game that I cannot play. When I boot the game it freezes in the fretted our intro. Please recommend the fix.
- @EA_Blueberry i just bought the game also and it freezes and wont load after it says hit any button to continue. then takes me back to the dash board

I ve tried everything and for over 2 months still wont work. Complete garbage by a garbage company. I just want to play this damn game and it just crashes everytime. Ive installed it 3 times now directly to the harddrive and still nothing. There is no help as well!! Ao frustrated with ea and their drastic fall in quality
