UFC gameface redirect problems PLEASE HELP

thank you for the reply i have followed the instructions over n over even from before ive posted this.

my problem is once ive signed in to my account on ea sports it takes me back to the homepage and once i go to services and click on gameface it just takes me back to the ea hompage again and again. please help me thank you

I'm having the exact same problem with trying to create a gameface for Madden 25. I can't access anything on EA. It all directs you back to the homepage. I can't access any services. Season Ticket, Arena, Gameface, Player Hub, etc. So far I have found no help.
