Has EA fixed this yet? I can see two different topics with the same error and they are not solved. Please assist.

I have tried everything I possibly can with my android device and it's the same.

Can you both please try fully powering off your devices and then retry.

  Same problem. Error 0x10007 every time I want to log in as guest. I rebooted my iPad several times.
  Log in to Facebook also shows error 0x1. Problem with connection to EA Server.
  I paid money to this game. It's a shame...

  It doesn't work, I've tried power off and hard reset. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, losing progress and the money I spent in a package.

  hiya i have experienced the exact same problem and i'm very unhappy, i purchased the £4.99 starter pack as well and have tried all the defined ways of resolving the problem, i don't want to have to loose my progress in the game and the value that i would loose or the pack that i bought, whats the next step from here???? cheers Jack
