Summarize your bug I cant play online it tells me I have to be connected to both ea and PlayStation servers and I am connected, but it still gives me that pop-up that says “in order to access the online features for this title, all active users must be signed in to PlayStation Network and EA servers.” i’ve tried everything to fix it but nothing works.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Other people are having the same problems.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t let me use online features.
What do you expect to see? i expect the issue to be fixed.
