why does ea sports always redirect me to home page???

Few days have passed since this error occurred, any news to report EA? Or maybe it passed and now I'm the only one watching EA main site over and over?

Yep this is BS. Absolutley horrible customer service and communication. Filing a complaint , I hope you have other roles aside from these threads EA_Barry. Go ahead a delete this post bud.

Yeah, I messed around with it for an hour. Following all the advise here. I even tried all three browsers (chrome/firefox/ie) Anyone have any insight into this?

What is going on? Why does this take a really long time to fix? I'm really pissed at EA right now! I just bought their UFC game, and when I came home, I was hoping to import my Gameface into the game, but it's been like 4 days since I am trying to access the thing, but I keep getting redirected.

I bought this game as well and was looking forward to using Gameface because this is a pretty cool feature from EA.  From the posts that I have read, this has gone on for almost a week without a fix.  This seems like a script error on the site that should take no where near a week to fix.  I'm pretty surprised by how poor the support has been for a situation like this with many users wanting to use this feature.

From what I have gathered doing google searches for "EA Gameface Redirect" there seems to be a good amount of players that can't access this feature.  Where is the attention that needs to be given to this issue from the EA techs?  Your company could potentially lose money on products because of the lack of attention that you're giving your fanbase for a feature that EA provides.  I, like many would like an admin to give this attention to the right people so this can get fixed.  This has been over a week and still the same issues is not acceptable by any means.  I wonder if this were the Sims if any greater attention would be given..
