Xbox One Unable to play EA UFC online

I am connected to the EA servers but every single match comes up with a failed to connect to session message. I am hard wired direct to my modem. 30up/5down with 0% packet loss via the Xbox connection test and/or pingtest. What is going on here? Where is the company response. This is not related to me or my internet connection. I have also tried reinstalling the game and performing hard resets on my console. Where is the offical response from the company on this? Is this turning into another Battlefield 4? Better Business Bureau here I come.

I'VE HARD RESET XBOX ONE, REMOVED DISC AND HARD RESET IT, OPENED UP PORTS ON ROUTER, TRIED A NEW ROUTER WITH OPEN PORTS AND NAT OPEN.

UNINSTALLED THE GAME, REINSTALLED THE GAME, CLEARED ALL LOCAL SAVED DATA, CLEARED CACHE, CONTACTED MY ISP, AND CONFIRMED EVERY. OTHER. GAME. WORKS JUST FINE IN ALL MULTIPLAYER MODES.

I SIMPLY CANNOT PLAY THIS GAME ON ANY MULTIPLAYER MODE, OR WEIGHTCLASS DUE TO THESE ERRORS.

****EA**** PLEASE ADMIT THERE IS AN ISSUE, AND PROVIDE A CLEAR SET OF INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RESOLVE.

i've now posted this same/similar message on other posts with the same. exact. issue.  Hopefully a competent EA tech will provide clear concise solutions for the plethora of people experiencing the same issue as you jumpfromplanes.  let's keep our fingers crossed.

This post is from 2014 so I'm going to close it off from further replies as the others have likely moved on and we want to prevent necroposting. IPv4 and IPv6 can be enabled under your router's admin panel. The instructions on how to login to your router admin portal are generally located on the router itself. If you still need help with this, please reply to a more recent thread or create a new one if you can't find a thread similar to what you're experiencing. Please let us know as much information as possible, such as platform you play on and what troubleshooting steps you've already attempted. Sorry to hear about the connectivity trouble and we'll do our best to help get you in the game as soon as we can. Our Live-Support team can also be reached at Help.EA.com.

Don't "necropost." Reviving, updating or bumping old, outdated and irrelevant threads is not helpful for our community. It's best to check when the thread was created before you hit post, just to make sure it's not 2 years old for example.
