your ea account is disabled

i have been trying to use the online features of UFC 4 and it keeps saying my account is disabled and to change my Password.. i change my password once and same problem...

Which platform do you play on, Xbox?

Do you have a custom Xbox profile picture? If so, change it to a default version and that should fix this.

If you are getting a message your account is invalid, try changing your password one more time to see if that helps push through a fix. If not, we'll need you to contact our Support team so they're able to pull up your account to see what's the blocker here.

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having, I understand it's not what you're looking forward to after purchasing a game.

For Lesnar, even though you purchased it from the store that will not automatically install the content. Make sure it's not put in the installation queue waiting to be installed.

Also even tho i downloaded Lesnar and bought the game he's still locked....

I’ve changed my password so many times and it still won’t let me play online modes

Lol I haven't been able to play any ea games since the summer. Made a brand new account and changed my password 20 times yet I still can't play anything. Been emailing back and forth with ea help for over a month and nothings changed. How does cd project get sued but ea doesn't?
