Missing Color Frames 24K Event chat says its a glitch or bug help please!!!

Hey guys I’ve spoken with support over in the chat section, and I have completed all quest in Guild to get the color frames to upgrade in the 24K event Market using the paintbrushes. Well After successfully finishing the quest for the color frames I only obtained 1 the orange one. The other 5 never sent too my account. I also have completed the additional 5 quest to get the paint brushes and completed all paths from week 1-3. And do daily raids with my guild.  My fellow members all have gotten to open their 24k gold package I can’t unlock the frames because they are missing please help me with this thank you 

I have attached the chat transcript to save you time. Please help me get my frames so I can open my 24k package they said its a bug. 

THIS IS WHAT I’m REFERRING TO! I have completed all of this but I cant use my paint brushes to unlock the upgraded frames to open the 24K 4 Star Fighter Chat seen I have completed all tasks with my guild and completed the gild 

Gild Guild

Work with your Guild to defeat different Fight Styles and be rewarded with a Colored Egg Frame of that Fight Style. These Frames can be upgraded in the Eggs-Change Market using Paint Brushes that can be earned in the Eggs-tra Credit Quest

Eggs-tra Credit

Spend Blank Egg Shells in the Market to earn Colored Egg Shells as well as some special Paint Brushes that can be used to upgrade your Colored Egg Frames in the Market. Complete the entire Quest and earn a Basket upgrade as well as a 3-star Fighter!

As the name implies, this Quest is all about paint! Once you’ve collected the Colored Egg Frames from the Gild Guild Quest and Paint Brushes from Eggs-tra Credit as well as the 24-Carrot Gold Daily Login Calendar. You can head to to the Eggs-Change Market and upgrade those Frames by adding some extra detail to them! Finish it all and earn a 24-Carrot Gold Logo and 24-Carrot Gold Pack!

  • @WolverineAK47 Did they ever help you if so what did you do to get help bro! I guess everyone was telling the truth! No one here helps us, I really enjoyed this game. I’m just not a going to support spending my hard earned money when I’m passed off to different forums & no one bothers to fix the issue. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for over 2 weeks and still nothing done. I didn’t want to delete the game, but if it don’t work why play it right? The chat team said to contact a guy named @EA_Blueberry I don’t know bro I give up. If you did figure out how to get help please let me know if not good luck

    Hey there.

    It sounds like you may have joined the guild after they've completed objectives that granted rewards. If you join a guild after certain milestone rewards are reached you won't be able to claim them. This sort of like an incentive for those that have been sticking with the guild and not guild hopping around for rewards.
  • @EA_Blueberry this was the first frame to purchase after receiving the orange frame after taking out 300 strikers

  • @EA_Blueberry  hey kind sir actually no I didn’t join after I completed all the task with my guild I even told the other guy the task was in the menu I even received the orange frame when I claimed  the others it never went to my collection this is what Im trying to explain. Look the pic is the first task that needed to be completed 

  • @EA_Blueberry Dont worry about it I was told by many players that it would get brushed under the rug! I completed the task with my guild and no I didnt join after! Im over it I left my guild Im tired of chasing help then getting no help. I NEVER EXPECTED THIS OUT OF EA! I joined my guild back when Irish ☘️ event was going so you guys dont want to admit to a bug or glitch even the chat team even seen I never received my reward. Ill just delete the game I can see the development team could care less about the players who play the game. I’m no hopper from guild to guild I faithfully did daily raid with my team. Have a good day sir! As they say word of mouth is the best advertisement and many said don’t waste your time it’s pointless they DO NOTHING TO FIX OR HELP THE SITUATION! Now who ever reads this, good luck I’m telling you the same Don’t waste your time ITS POINTLESS IT WILL NOT GET FIXED BECAUSE I didnt join after the milestone thats A FACT!!!! 

  • @EA_Blueberry Why don’t you actually look into the problem, instead of just making an assumption base on skimming what you read? As you can see even support seen it was a glitch or bug. I was with my guild since Luck of the Irish. If I had joined after the milestone how was I able to obtain the 1st tier frame the Orange Striker frame I was able to purchase the Spotted Egg frame. 
    We have a full Guild, and completed the required task of taking out 300 fighters in each fighting style in a week. I clicked on each of the rewards but they would not send to my inventory list. Why won’t you even take a moment to look into this? This is why faithful players leave games. I wouldn’t even waste my time if I felt I was in the wrong here. But the game either has a bug or glitched out. Because I got screwed over even support seen this when they went into my account. I attached the transcript in my 1st post. So please take a minute and look into this better I didn’t join after the milestone

  • Hello I did contact you guys right away! I even spoke to chat support they then told me to contact you guys here. I have the chat transcript between me and the chat support team. They seen it was a glitch but said he didn’t have the tools to fix or grant my 24k fighter it had to be done by you guys. I’ve been dealing with this for almost a month being sent to different places. @EA_Blueberry  I brought this to your guys attention right away. I have provided photos and evidence to support my claim. So should I click the link you provided?
