How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you only set a single restart option in the options (part of the difficulty level for Career or Championship), then it is always the last option for repeating a race. Wreck the car and then restart this stage to try to undo this. Then finish your event (all stages) with good times, but you will still appear at the bottom of the list because the one badly driven race is still in the overall times.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't undo a race you've messed up. You just drive one more race than the event stipulates and all the times from it are added together, even for the AI drivers. This only duplicates the race that you have restarted.
What do you expect to see? The same as all other restart options. These replace the stage that is repeated and you can undo a botched race and win the event.
