So, we've been purchasing this game full price and not being able to play it so far. Now it is 40% discount on amazon. Quite ridiculous already, if not that on top of that there's no info on if or when it will be playable. @EA_Groguet.
Is there any way to get a refund?
@EA_Groguet.....have you left? Any news on the fix for this unplayable mess? EA need to start refunding us all as this is not fit to be released and the silence speaks volumes!
They don’t seem to care. I’ve about given up on Codemasters which is pretty sad, because they have been a game studio that I have loved for a very long time. Between Dirt 5 being such a terrible game to this game being released in this state, it’s just been one disappointment after another. Then on top of that, the promised updates to remedy all the issues with the game actually making the game worse, essentially unplayable for many of us. No hot fix update is coming apparently, we all just have to wait for the next regular update, which could very well make the problems worse given how the last updates have gone. Also, them advertising new content and clubs to participate in when the game is basically in an unplayable state feels like a low blow. Finally, the lack of communication is ridiculous. Another studio tragedy brought to us by the lovely people at EA.
I am guessing they cannot fix it , so its either a roll back which i presume they will not do either! There needs to be more noise made about but like you say they don't seem to give a S##t!! It has been a load of BS from the start even features for the PC boys not happening....but we are sure to get news of the next EA WRC pre order soon.
- @470fea2f8cdaf487 There will be no preorder for another Codemasters game coming from me. At this point I’ll definitely wait until I hear feedback from the community about the game before making any decision to purchase it. Just can’t trust this studio anymore, which sucks.
After a LONG period of time, I have tried playing EA/WRC yesterday and noticed the screen tearing while doing some driving is more worse after every patch.
This means, beside the fact that...
A) my Fanatec DD Pro gets disconnected most of the time when I try doing a race
B) my Fanatec handbrake still not works in this game (works flawlessly with other PS5 race titles)
C) my force feedback stops working after I get the message 'device is not connected' during races....
...this game is BADLY BROKEN and UNPLAYABLE 85% of the time.... After playing all Dirt Rally titles from Codemasters with a lot of pleasure, EA versions of WRC is a BIG LET DOWN !!!

I didn't disappear, but I didn't have anything new to say about the update as I didn't have information.

Hi, i have installed the patch today and had one run on the European rally and can report no tearing on that albeit just one run and a replay hopefully going forward things can be tested more thoroughly before being released.
