Stretched car decals

I have a GTX 1060 and i have same issue. But in livery editor i have +- 5 FPS when i change color. If i change or add some decals, game drop to 2 FPS and freeze.

Same, I have 1070ti and when I change colour, the FPS is fine but with decals it drops to 3 FPS, yes, 3 FPS. Besides that, the decals are visible only on these stretched out stripes

I have a GTX 1080 and I simply don't see any decals on most cars (they don't appear on the car. If they do, they appear in random places on the car and are stretched.

This Peugeot 309 has the DUOTONE decal applied on all car parts in the default size and position. However, all you can see is some smudge on the rear hatch glass and that's it. The issue persists with other cars as well (including all official WRC classes).

I am using a 1070ti and also have this error, noticed it when driving the Ford Puma WRC car when I had a red decal blocking my veiw of the road over the window 

Same issue for me. Happens on all cars both in menus and in the game (once it happens, it does not go away, except for the vehicle selection screen). With WRC Puma can't see where I'm going with the dash cam as the stretched stripe is on the window.

Summarize your bug Textures do not render properly. Livery editor is still broken, there are wierd lines all over the cars, any vinyl that I try to add is stretched and doesn't show properly, FPS still drops to about 5 when trying to edit liveries. Contigs stretched all over the cars, in some it's just visual but in some (like the Puma Rally1, or on a custom livery for WRC2 Hyundai i20) they are stretched over the windshield impairing view, vegetation textures are a mess - I've got the game set to Ultra and the textures look the same as they looked on Ultra Low.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's everywhere - in the livery editor, car select screen, service area and on stage
What happens when the bug occurs? Textures are bugged - sometimes just visual, sometimes impairing view from inside the car
What do you expect to see? Fixed textures

I'm running a GTX1080ti, from what I've seen this issue mainly occurs on GTX cards in Pascal architecture - my friend's got a GTX1060 and has the same problem.

Got the same issues even after patch 1.3 - running a GTX1080ti

i have the same problem, even now when patch 1.3 has been installed, i hope this will be fixed
