First of all, I wanted to apologise for the frustration this is causing you. I really appreciate your patience while the team is looking into this matter.
The team continues to investigate the issue and it is trying to reproduce it.
One of the things they are interested in is whether you are using any third-party apps (e.g., AutoHotkey, JoyToKey, etc.). If you are, can you please provide the name of the app you are using?

@EA_Groguet I'm not using any third party apps, launching from the EA app. As previously stated, the game worked perfectly before the update.
