Yes it's working with update KB5046613 for Windows 10.

Sadly, despite the update, I still have the same issue ☹️( (even on F124)

    WIN10 / EA app / WRC24 2.1.5

    I can only confirm, that Update Preview KB5045594 caused the crash problem,

    and Final Update KB5046613 solved it, game again works perfectly.
