I'm on a Samsung headset and I'm reading from HP Reverb users that they can longer play in VR either.
Why do we have to wait for a prompt? Why can't EA WRC just see if an OpenXR runtime exists on the system and, if so, add an option in the menu to switch to VR? Or allow us to force via command line
I updated my Nvidia Driver to 560.81 on my 4080 super and now EA WRC is again working after 2 weeks on my Quest 3. Don't know if the bug was in the Nvidia driver or if something else fixed it but it is now working.
New problem is that there is a part of the Left eye image on the right extreme edge of the Right eye, this is a new problem since v1.9
Any other VR users getting this problem, maybe only on Quest 3 ?
My Headset it the Reverb G2
Driver 10.0.22621.2506 (Winbuild. 160101.0800)

Ive been able to get it to not crash on my Reverb G2 when loaded into the car by lowering the game video settings to low and my Steam VR eye resolution to around 48%, but I still have no audio. Have any of you G2 users got audio issues?
same here, I can't believe what they did. Updated and I can't play it in WMR and Steam VR will crash... this game was so much fun and they ruined it
I am meta quest 3 user and i cant run the game in VR...
i have the same problem with my meta quest 3 headset.
No longer VR prompt either. Quest 2 user.
On august 8th, VR works again!

You can, but those able to answer (Developers) seemingly won´t answer.
It´s now 2 weeks after the release of this VR breaking patch, and nothing has happened from the Developers side.
There doesn´t seem to be much interest from EA (Codemasters) to fix this.
