Could be the headset losing tracking because of bad lighting in your room.
My head movement is completely broken if I have reflections on ultra low. Try moving them up to low if you haven't already. Very odd.

Figured it out it I had to run the wmr room boundry again. A thread mention with wmr devices to make sure wmr home appears in the headset before booting steamvr or tracking will be limited to 3dof. 😎
Note that you can reset the tracking by resetting the wmr boundary (I just use seated so it is just a single click to set it once you have selected seating) whilst WRC is running. Just Alt tab to the WMR portal. Making sure the WMR home screen is visible is a good shout but just in case you forget it can be reset without having to restart WRC.
