CPU limited in VR, but only using ~30% of CPU?!?!
2800 Ti & i9-9900K, overclocked and water cooled, 32GB RAM with an HP Reverb.
I just tried reducing the render resolution to only 40% of my headset's actual resolution, and turned every setting to the absolute minimum, but the performance was still really poor. I then bought fpsVR to try and trouble shoot further, and was really puzzled at what it shows. It's showing that I'm only using about 26% of my CPU, and my CPU is running at a cool ~51C, and yet it is my CPU Frametime that's causing the performance issues as it's usually running around 16 ms. How can this be? Why isn't the game using more of my CPU to reduce the CPU Frametime?
