In career mode VR does not work. All other modes are fine.

I just started career mode and built my car but I am unable to test drive it. I get to the countdown screen prior to starting but I see two misaligned images in VR and I am unable to start, it appears the game is stuck at this point. The menus work but the race will not start.

All other modes work just fine (moments, time trials, quick race etc).

The same issue happens on different days, so the computer is being rebooted and is not an isolated issue for me, it always happens (only in career mode).

UPDATE: I test drove my built car in pancake to continue the career mode. Races seem to work fine now in career mode. There seems to be an issue with just the test drive portion of the career mode.
