New Patch - VR no longer working - Have tried Everything - Please Help

I know others are having the same problem as me since the new patch - im looking for any advice to try to resolve this

I am on a reverb G2 headset

I have tried all suggestions made here and on discord - including 2 full uninstalls of both Steam VR and WRC. Reduced the resolution of headset to the minimum, changed the OpenXR to SteamVR etc. nothing has worked and whenever i start WRC as soon as i click the prompt to enable VR, Steam VR immediately crashes. 

I can still play WRC in pancake mode if i dont change the Open XR settings - but as soon as i do i get a Steam VR crash. 

PLEASE -has anyone any suggestions on how to resolve - there seems to be minimal/ no response from EA, just helpful players on this forum and discord. 

I think EA could at lease respond with a suggestion - they must see this issue their side. 

All was fine pre-patch
