OpenXR Toolkit Works When it Feels Like It

What worked for me, was adding -force -dx11 to my launch options, and after that OpenXR Toolkit stopped randomly crashing. Some people report that dx11 results in lower FPS, but so far that hasn't been the case for me.

      Right click WRC in Steam library -> Properties -> General -> Launch options -> -force -dx11
