Strange VR frame rate behaviour

I just got dejavu, 
this section and line

PoolSizeVRAMPercentage=128
it might be in uevr causing some strange and I removed from here so its better, no blinking black screen anymore  in right eye.
even whole picture is dark as evening...
I also Disable Hardware Accelerated Graphics Scheduling (HAGS)
and changed settings also to steam topics engine.ini (darkish also) but 85 fps with 80% steamvr resolution with VarjoAero

Addition to this. The code you added was also necessary. It makes things a bit dark so I'll try the last example of the engine.ini that you posted hoping that it lightens things up again. The trees don't sparkle anywhere near as much as with default settings though which is nice to see (dlss swapper to latest)

will try this to see if it lets me get even more performance out of it.

At least its playable for me in VR. Pity that development has been cut off.

90hz in steamvr  with Varjo Aero.
I can test with 120 but I dont think that it will help for that blinking black. 
i  tried totally clean engine.ini its too dark. I also test with this https://steamcommunity.com/app/1849250/discussions/0/4757578099474653524/  its ok but those reflections  are black in another eye. 
and engine.ini with your lines its worst. If I some day  get bored I might test with adding line by line 😁
but it might take time years, RBR works and  looks better so I play with that.
edit: never mind. normal EA **bleep**  they stopped developing this game and  vr wont ever be fixed or released even stable,
I also wont ever  buy any EA games anymore.

What framerate? What headset? I found that increasing the framerate to 120hz is actually smoother. What settings are you using in the graphics? As I wrote in my original post - stutters at 90hz, smooth at 120hz - same graphics settings.

I am  quite despreted, so close to uninstall whole game, so I tested these settings. in right eye there is lot I mean lot of blinking black. what setting might do that?

even basic engine.ini there is problems with shadows and reflection in right eye but with this it horrible.I have Rtx4080,r7 9800x3d and varjo aero.

The original was still skipping at 90hz. I'll try this one as well. I noticed that it is darker and somewhat more sparkly with the latest dlss. Will update you on how the new version works. Original didn't fix the 90hz framerate issue without pausing somewhere on track.
