Unusually poor performance in vr on lowest settings

My setup: quest 2, i5 12400, rtx 3070 The game is constantly stuttering and running at a low framerate. I've tried many different oculus app resolutions, lowest/mixed graphics settings in-game, rest...

@WalluMosa Never mind, I didn't remember I edited engini.ini to get rid of Anti-Aliasing for good. Maybe the problems started there. Will check tomorrow. Sorry to have bothered.

@WalluMosa I reset my engine.ini to see if this was the case but it didnt seem to improve performance. Even with more than 50% headroom there are still often stutters and frame drops.
