USB Devices causing huge frame rate hit

I read a couple of topics back from close to the games release where people were noting that too many USB devices being plugged in was causing frame rate drops, or that Fanatec pedals being plugged in were also problematic.  In a very unscientific method, I just unplugged a half dozen things from my PC, and my frame rate went from being limited to 60FPS, to being 90FPS.... at least when stationary, and looking down at the ground - yes, other performance issues still cause massive dips and stutter, but at least I'm no longer limited to 60FPS.  The programming of this game is wild 🙂
