VR is blurry
Valve Index AMD Ryzen 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5, RTX 4090. Any setting, I've tried everything. The game is always super blurry or smudgy or it's flikering like crazy. It feels like it's rendered in 64...
The only way to get the image not blurry is disabling all aa via the engine.ini and disabling all upscaling in the settings.

What did you change in engine.ini related to blurriness? I turned off Upscaling in game and that seemed to solve it, but maybe there's further improvement in engine.ini?

I do not know what chicken changed but to disable AA, add in engine.ini the snippet shown and remember as written above the flickering is immense without AA.
[SystemSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=0
If you also need a brightness adaption you could look at my answer in the thread "Brightness in VR":

I've looked at the other posts and some reddit solutions too, but even without AA it is either blurry or flickering...
What setting did you change/add ?
