VR Performance drops after several restart attemps in Game

Summarize your bug The game runs smoothly at the beginning. However, after a few times(maybe 3-5 times) restart at the same stage, the framerates drops qute noticeable and the graphic starts tearing up. Exit the game and re-open it will solve the problem. It feels like a cache clearing will do the job but it is quite annoying. I am using Quest 3 with Virtual Desktop.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through the stage and hit the wall whatever, then click restart. Around 3-5 times, the framerate drops. Try to lower the graphic setting but nothing changes. I have to re-launch the game to fix it. And it works everytime.
What happens when the bug occurs? Framerate drops, stuttering. This happens in the menu either coz I can feel it when I am navigating the menu and the WRC logo transition shows up.
What do you expect to see? Consistent performance.
