Don't tell me to contact EA support it doesn't help I have done it a million times.
qL9sy As far as I'm aware of, this issue cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact EA directly.

this post needs attention because I'm not the only player that is experiencing this and clearly EA manager community have not looked into it enough because if they did they would find a lot of players struggling with the same exact issue I have contacted support a million times and nothing like this is such a downfall of EA ever since there new system was implemented.
