New season SETTINGS RESET
I loaded up the game a error came up saying if I want to delete corrupted file I said cancel(No), game loads, trailer pops up, I found it weird as I had played the day before, I load into lobby and instantly notice my cursor speed has changed. I checked settings and all my settings reset, I restarted application many times and still the same, now the game is basically unplayable, I had setting adjusted to my stickdrift controller but now everything been reset in every department, audio,Video,controller,gameplay. PLEASE HELP HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP…. IM ON PS4 aswellThis profile is not permitted to play online
I am getting the error message "This account is not permitted to play online" when I open apex legends on my Xbox series X and try to get into the game. It doesn't seem to be a consistent error as I am able to get into the game about 1 out of 5 times. I have tried all these things so far to fix it: uninstalling and reinstalling the game, setting my Mac address to clear, resetting my Xbox account saved data, changing my DNS settings to a l google DNS, restarting my xbox. It seems like there must be something wrong with my EA account as it isn't banned or reported but it still displays this message. Its really annoying because sometimes I'm able to get into a match and, my game crashes and I have to restart a couple of times to get back into the game.New Season Error
Ever since the new season update the game keeps giving me a server error. I have done everything possible and the game keeps kicking me out not allowing me to play. It is not my WiFi so Please FIX the Game! Hoping for a game update regarding this issue, asap. It’s been a week and still counting. After trying to load into a ranked match I got kicked to the PS menu and when I reloaded the game it kicked me again. I closed app and reopened it, as I tried joining lobby I was once again to be shown a black screen and when it left I had no apex Now it's 3 hours to download and probably a ban when I do finally play when I find time. Night wasted
