Apex heirloom shards
i opened an apex pack and got heirloom shards and just about freaked out cause ive spent thousands of hours and hundreds of dollars across main acccounts and alt accounts and when i go to the shop i got closed out of the game and when i logged back in it said i couldnt access my account and then i deleted and redownloaded the game. When i opened it again i got in and my rank was reset? It is fixed now but this is the first time ive opened apex since then. When i go to the shop i thought oh yeah i got my heirloom lets go buy something, i had no heirloom shards but i still had the one pack i opened so i opened it and did not get heirloom shards? What happened with my heirloom shards can i get them back please this would be huge for me i dont want to spend more money?
Apex shuts off my internet
I took a very long break from apex but now I'm back. But ever since I re-installed it, whenever I load up apex from steam, my whole PC's internet just shuts off temporarily. If I wait for it to reconnect, it still doesn't allow me to connect to the server. I even asked ChatGPT for solutions and tried them all. None of them work. I play on steam and I've already tried verifying integrity of the files. I might just try installing it on EA but that's gonna **bleep** since apex always crashes whenever I play on EA. Anyone know any possible solutions?
Not able to ready up after coming back into the lobby
Hey hey, since almost a year or so I have had the issue, that I cannot ready up successfully when returning to the lobby after match (independently of the mode). I aleays need to either restart my game or if I am with friends, I need to leave the party and then rejoin by a new invite in order to be able to ready up. I first thought that could be due to my old playstation 4, but recently I changed to a PS5 Pro and still have the same issue. My gaming tag is GnlCr0ss. I have been an apex legends gamer since season 1, and I really love the game, but this bug (as it happens basically always) really frustrates me. My friends do not have this issue, so maybe it has something to do with my account? Hope you can help. kind regards
Lobby Bug
So for the past few seasons or so I've been having this issue where I'm not able to ready up after a match. I've uninstalled the game then reinstalled, changed servers, and even turned cross-platform off nothing seems to be helping with it. Therefore after every match I have to leave my current party and rejoin. Idk if this is just me or if it's happening to anyone else ? If so plz lmk 😊 thxs !
Ungodly crashes on Nintendo switch
The game is almost impossible to play. Crashes happening all the time in random places. Sometimes I need to reload the game up to 5 times to at least join the match(well, usually can join the match at the end of it). Please, do at least something with it. The experience gets all ruined and just horrible. Sometimes the game gets frozen and I need to close it and reopen. Also when the game crashes I’ve got an abandonment ban, what doesn’t make sense.
Integrity error 0x8000002 cant launch apex
trying to launch apex and this error keeps coming up, I've closed all other game overlays and performance monitoring tools, cleared game cache, re-installed apex, re-installed easy anti cheat, nothing I do works, games been like this for months and I cant even play the game. Can an Apex dev or anyone suggest a fix please
Party is not ready
I normally start the game and join the lobby, but there is a problem my lobby does not load me and i can't invite friends and i can't start any game mode. Somedays if iam lucky it works normally as usual, but most of the times i can't play the game because of this bug. I tried every step on youtube and other forms of help but still this bug come back.
