I cant seem to open the game on steam
Hello I cant seems to open the game on steam after the season 25 split, I just get the spinning wheel and I sat for 20 mins to see if it will let me in and it never worked. I did everything I can think of to try to fix it I cleared the cashe, I verified the files I uninstalled and reinstalled on to different storages nothing is working, Idk What to do to fix the problem. Unable to process anti cheat, nor activate the game
Couldn't activate my apex since yesterday, every time I enter the lobby, the system starts lagging and kick me out every single time, it keeps sowing "unable to process the anti cheat/couldn't connect to the EA server, after that, I try to check weather it happens bcuz of steam, I even reinstall Apex, but unfortunately it didn't work. In order to solve the issue, I contact the customer service, they offered me a solution Step1. Uninstall the anti cheat. Step2. Activate something called security boot. Step3. install the anti cheat again. I try to do as they said, But I couldn't even found the anti cheat in EA file......Packet loss Bug
Recently since the update I’ve been having games where everything is going fine then unexpectedly I get packet loss/packet burst in my match that goes up and down from 1-32 packet loss throughout the rest of the match. It completely becomes unplayable. I have tried restarting the game when I have a chance and every time I do the game does not allow me to reconnect into my game and end up losing RP. It happens a lot. I have really good internet and tried everything to fix it. It seems to be a server bug or something. I’ve lost over 1k rp due to this
Unable to launch game past spinning circle screen Case #214832841
Hi team, I have an issue and EA chat help said to post this here for further help please. I cannot load past the "Apex Legends" screen with the spinning circle after launching the game, it just spins forever. I have tried many things, such as deleting the license, launching via steam, EA app, uninstall and installing again, verifying files, This issue is consistent on my old PC and now my new PC, it also does not work on my partner's machine on their account so I think this issue must be something with our ISP? Is there any tests I can do to confirm or rule this out? Any advise greatly appreciated thank you!Missing Twitch drops

Ever since the new season update the game keeps giving me a server error. I have done everything possible and the game keeps kicking me out not allowing me to play. It is not my WiFi so Please FIX the Game! Hoping for a game update regarding this issue, asap. It’s been a week and still counting. Error Message: “Lost connection to EA servers (Domain eadp::AuthenticationError Code 10000). See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.” Error Message: “Connection to server timed out (code:leaf). See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information”Apex disconnected my whole internet!
These past few days, whenever I play Apex on my laptop, whether I log in through Steam or EA, I can get into the game lobby, but after just a few seconds, it automatically shows the unable to connect to EA server. Then my computer’s internet (Wi-Fi) disconnects completely. However, this doesn’t happen with any other game installed on my laptop. I’ve also reinstalled Apex, restarted my computer, and even tried using a mobile hotspot, but nothing has changed.Unable to aim down sight, and start up the game as my "X" button dosent prompt.
This happened mid ranked game where after a random occurrence i couldn't aim down my sight anymore. Afterwards I thought it was going to go away, as it didnt i deleted and reinstalled the game, and restarted it many times... didnt do anything. To load into the game from the starting screen, I have to disconnect my controller and then press X really quick to just load in. Im not sure why this is happening, but its nearly impossible to play now. It may be very rare as there are no other forums about this.
