3rd time's the charm Ultimate+ battlepass skins

I didn't buy the ultimate+ battle pass from whichever that season was with the ash and caustic skins
yet after supposedly fixing the issue with the exotic shards and newcastle/conduit ultimate+ skins and yet I still have the ash and caustic skins from the ultimate+ battle pass.
