Its came to my attention that after opening 500 apex packs your guaranteed heirloom shards. i recently got birthday money and have been opening packs and haven't got an heirloom. It was supposed to be my birthday gift and i feel like i got scammed, please help resolve this issue as this is unacceptable. There have been others with video evidence that this has happened to as well so i know its not my account. And for a "guaranteed heirloom" its 500 usd, and it CLEARLY STATES in fine print in the game that after 500 packs you are GUARANTEED 150 heirloom shards. This is a scam please compensate those who have spent their money for an item with a .001% chance to drop.
