I feel the same way! I even contacted someone at EA just for them to tell me the same **bleep** where “Everything is in an automated system with the same 500 packs principal and will automatically trigger once you have reached the required threshold” then proceeds to mark my case as fixed. The is absolute bs and just another way for EA to bleed money out of us after all the time and money we put in for those packs!
