I had a hunch that I was close to hitting my pity for the apex packs. I’m almost level 500 and have yet to pull an heirloom. I’ve bought occasional battle passes and bought packs with coins and very now and then so I was confident that I was close. I opened around 120 in the last two days. I don’t pull anything, but i imagined I was just that much closer. I see this video on YouTube

Dude rips 500 packs, doesn’t get shards. Gets on another account to test if it was just his account because he had every heirloom. Rips another 500 on the other account and again no shards. So now I’m questioning if I’m over my 500 pity and am very weary to add more money in until an official statement comes out.
I have the same thing happening I don't know if it is fixed or not but im like 100% sure I have gotten over 500 packs because I have got 150 in the past week so I am wondering if the game just isn't giving it to me.
