500 packs do not grant heirloom shards

Respawn / Apex playing with peoples money. Who would’ve thought… hopefully there’s compensation.

Unlike the video where guy has every heirloom and open the packs I have open well over 500 and the only way I can get it is by buying heirloom during events which isn’t by chance since I have to buy all event items just to get the guarantee heirloom. I have stop spending money on the game due to this sole reason and when I ask you give me this same trash response. Obviously I see my complaint isn’t even worth checking into since I have said this multiple time throughout here and Twitter now X

Honestly they don’t care as long as ppl keep spending money but that guy owns all heirlooms with shards to buy even more. I feel the heirlooms are basically a rip off and are tailored to those that invest money on packs if you don’t your chance is 0. They say 500 packs but won’t give a detail reason after you ask them other than what was said above to me. Same auto responses 

I am sure that I have earned more than 500 packs and opened more and I did not get an heirloom and their ar many videos of people saying that apex legends does not give you an heirloom on ur 500th pack

In the last couple of days I also opened more than 500 packs and didn't pack heirloom. I hope someone from EA will explain that

do you think we will be compensated for this if we pass the 500 threshold while its bugged? i opened 100 packs yesterday to get me over 500 and didnt get shards.. 🤔

Then you haven't opened 500 packs yet.  No idea what you expect people here to do about it.
