500 packs do not grant heirloom shards

I Am Certain i Have Opened over 500 packs . i have spend over 500$ on the game to get a heirloom, but i yet to get one. I got my first at level 15, now i am level 722. i have never gotten banned, suspended, nor changed accounts

I had a feeling something was wrong because I recently spent $300 on Apex packs, expecting to receive a guaranteed heirloom pack since I have a total of 566 career levels. However, I ended up getting nothing. Then, I stumbled upon this exact video on YouTube that explained everything. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, but I’m concerned that there won’t be any compensation for those who were affected by this bug. All in all, I don't recommend that anyone spend money on Apex packs until this bug is fixed. 

Opened 500+ packs and no heirloom

I opened more than 150 apex packs several years ago, and saved up my packs. I opened more than 365+ packs on Jan 28th of this year, and did not receive any heirloom shards. When will I receive my heirloom shards, since I have opened more than 500 packs?

this happened to me too and I was thinking. I’m pretty sure this is lawsuit worthy like for real class action lawsuit. If we all band together and get a lawyer we can sue for this

Many people, including me, have now opened more than 500 packs and still have not gotten a heirloom. This is essentially illegal. EA/Respawn is required to provide a Heirloom set if a player opens 500 Apex Packs without obtaining one, as this is part of the official game rules and minimum global drop rates.😭 The greed knows no bounds

I just bought some packs today and I was guaranteed a heirloom because I bought OVER 500 Packs in Apex Legends yet not a single heirloom and I have hundreds and even thousands o f hours in this game and yet no heirloom when I put all my money into the game. It is now becoming a lie that 500 Apex packs does not actually give you a grantee heirloom.
