Was this taking place on a different account? The EA account you're posting with doesn't appear to have any content rather than just missing the shards. Are you able to grab a quick screenshot of the lobby?
Yes, the ea account in the screenshot couldn't be logged in because the initial email was stolen. So I used this account to post. Recently, due to work reasons, I haven't replied to you in time. Could you please help me find the lost content of the screenshot account? I'm still worrying about whether to play this game or not because I lost 150 fragments
