7th anniversary pack purchase issue
Bought the “4 pack” multiple times. 3 to be exact. And only received 3 packs per purchase. So I only got 9 7th anniversary packs instead of 12.

Now I spent the continued money. The game is registering that I’ve “completed” the event and will not let me purchase anymore packs. No PK skin. No heirloom shards. And note if you see I’m still missing the legendary skins and shards/PK skin. Wtf
hey i got the same issue. Did you got any more info on how to resolve it ?
