Account Progress Reset

Today I had logged on to my Xbox to see a prompt that said to pick my experience or the tutorial, bot Royale, or battle Royale. All of my stats have been reset all progression and badges are gone and I have been set back to level 1 all my skins and settings are still there but no progress. I have over 1000 hours and was well over level 500 but now I have nothing. I cannot play ranked due to the challenges and I have all the other welcome challenges. I haven’t connected or disconnected anything to my Xbox and it’s as if my account progress simply vanished
