Account Unplayable After Ban Overturned

To add to this, if I log in from a console instead of a PC, I don’t receive any ban messages. However, when I try to matchmake, I get stuck in an endless queue—it never finds a match, and I’m the only player in it

I had this same issue and once u talk to them and then they take your ban off your still  not going to be able to play your juust going to be stuck in match making for hours

i have the exactly same problem almost 1.5 years i think. ive opened countless cases over the same issue with ea support but only answer i get from them is to reinstall the game, i even installed it on another "non gaming aimed device" and it does same thing there too, you and i are in the exact same boat, if you manage to get some progress please reply to my comment, i have spent 100s of dollars on this game and i cant access it because of these kind of thing.

EA_Marii know you are getting tons of messages like this but please can you try to look into my case and help me resolve this issue.

Me too bro I have around 1000 dollars in the game and can't play cause of this issue 

worst part is that if i remember correctly i wasnt playing apex legends at that time actively, i took like a 1 month break, i came back to it and that happened to me,like my account was stolen i think i got it back and that happened straight after, funny thing is i have other EA games on this same account BF1,4,2042 TF2, NFS, and i can play online on those games fine.
