Account Unplayable After Ban Overturned
I need help resolving an issue with my Apex Legends account. My account was falsely banned, but after appealing, the ban was overturned. However, when I log into the game, I get kicked from the lobby with the message: "The client's game account has been banned."
I've contacted EA Support multiple times, but they keep directing me to appeal the ban again. The problem is that my EA account no longer shows as banned, so I can't submit another appeal. This has led to an endless loop where I can't get any real help.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to escalate this issue to someone who can actually fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
