Aim down sights + Shooting isn't working.

A few times while I was playing ranked my guns would not allow me to aim down sights or even shoot the gun. My friend had also had that problem during a fight and have to drop the gun entirely to get it to work again. I personally just put the guns away and bring them back a few times to get it to work. I play on PC while my friend was playing on Playstation.
