Apex Account unable to matchmake.

I recently redownloaded Apex after my account was hacked and received a ban (although these got overturned, and wanted to play the game for a while. After trying to queue into either a game or the firing range, it simply reads the message "1 player in matchmaking..." and stays there. I attempted all of the troubleshooting possibilities, such as changing data center, account settings, cross play being enabled, and even advanced things such as DNS flushing and more. I just want to play the game and would appreciate any help or assistance as to if it's my account, or simply just a game problem.
