Apex coins missing

I bought Apex coins last season for battle pass and purchased both passes for the last season as well as this one. Yesterday while playing I realised I was missing close to 1200-1300 apex coins from my account which were there when i last played in the morning. Contacted support today and they said it might be a bug and suggested I submit my concerns in the forum as well. Anyone else with this similar issue?I also wish to know how long does things like these resolve?
