Apex Coins used on unintended gifted item due to store glitch

I purchased 2150 Apex Coins using real money through Xbox. After completing the purchase, I used 300 coins on an Apex Pack as normal.

After this, I attempted to purchase a skin for myself in the Apex Legends store. During the purchase process, the store UI or transaction flow glitched and instead processed an unintended gift transaction sent to a friend, rather than completing the selected purchase for my account.

I did not select or intend to send a gift, and there was no intentional gifting action on my part.
