Apex Coins

I have enough money in my Steam wallet, but whenever I pressed purchase it doesnt do any thing it pretends its loading but then stays the same amount no error code or anything and I still have the money in my steam wallet and then I also bought an online code to see if I can redeem it on the EA redeem page and when I redeemed it I didnt get any of the coins but it said redeemed so I dont even know if I can use the online code any more and I didnt get my coins
