Apex pack bug

I was just playing apex with my cousin and I was opening the 7th anniversary packs I spent 700 apex coins on then when I opened all of them I was on the opening screen then loaded in the game and after the game was done I went to lobby and all the packs were gone and I didn’t get anything.
