Apex Packs

I have open more than 500 packs on apex and still have not received an heirloom on my account , i just recently purchase the 100 apex deal bundle for 6,700 credits and still didn’t receive an heirloom at all. I tested that theory to see if i would receive still have not at all . My friends recieved multiple and their account level is 80 to 100 levels lower than mine and some just started playing the game. I am only frustrated because all players are supposed to get a guaranteed heirloom after 500 opened packs and i’ve open way more i’ve open at least 150 plus since 2026 and ive had the account and have been playing for years this is literally my only concern. I thought it was guaranteed after 500 packs?
